TOPIC: TRANSFORMATION

“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 3:18

You can take it on good authority that once the Lord lays hand on someone, He will not let go until that individual is fully repositioned and fitted for the purpose. Peter’s encounter with Jesus meant a complete overhaul of his entire life. It began one day when Jesus used his boat.

That encounter changed everything for Peter. Firstly, his work changed. From a fisherman to a fisher of men. Secondly, his nomenclature changed. He probably was a boss in his field before Jesus called him. Now he had to shed the toga of being the boss to that of a servant. Thirdly, his association changed. When Jesus called him he had to start bonding with a new set of people.

Furthermore, Peter’s contact with Jesus changed his personality completely. He was once the reed, but Jesus turned him to the rock! When God wants to bring people to their cutting edge, He would normally touch all aspects of their lives. The process may not be as easy as it sounds, but the outcome will be rewarding. Our lead scripture says as we continue to behold His face, we are being transformed into His exact image. Those who connect with His image will eventually show forth His glory.

Holy Spirit, conform me to the image of the Master.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The Almighty God will pay you a divine visit this week. The wind will blow in your Favour. Your cry for help shall attract the full attention of God and He shall respond to your heart desires speedily in Jesus name. The Almighty God will look beyond your sins and mistakes with mercy through the blood of His son, Jesus Christ. Whatever is troubling your mind will suddenly vanish and you will have joy unspeakable. Before this week comes to an end, you will encounter Favour that will completely and permanently change the story of your life for better in Jesus name. Good morning!!!
