TOPIC: The Law of the Spirit of Self Control
TEXT:
‘’Whoever has no rule over his own spirit is like a city broken down without a wall.’’ (Proverbs 25:23)
RHEMA:
Laws are set of order to guide or govern the way we do things.
We are human and God is a spirit. At birth, His nature as a spirit was infused into our spirit. At the new birth, we become transformed and converted into the kingdom of His dear Son. Our mandate at a new life is therefore to imbibe Jesus lifestyle in approach tolerance and in action.

Jesus as the Son of man, meaning a complete human being, had an absolute control over every circumstance that confronted him. He was always composed decisive and focused.
Trusting on God Almighty is usually the key to dominion. It is a divine instruction by God that we rule over our spirit. Paul said, ‘’for the spirit is subject to the spirit.’’

Several people have destroyed their marriage because they allowed their anger to overcome their commitment to their marriage.
Some will see their spouse with other women and cause an issue in the house that could lead to separation. Several people have abandoned their current career without option because they were accused or queried for an error and got themselves frustrated.

A simple matter that simple sorry would have solved often ends up creating a serious crisis that can even lead to death. Your spirit is your life and must be controlled. If you must live long, then you must accept this divine order.

Paul said, why not allow offense and tolerate it instead of going to court.

PRAYER
• My Father, in heaven, thank you for your empowerment.
• Thou flood of provocation dries up in my life, in Jesus name.
• God give me the grace to tolerate the errors of other as they tolerate my own.
• God, heal my mind from every wound inflicted on me by anger, in Jesus name.
• Lord, restore every blessing chased away from me by anger, in Jesus name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION FOR TODAY
I decree into your life and all that concerns you in the name of Jesus, that sorrow will not be added to your blessing.
Gladness and blessing will be your portion in the name of Jesus.
Every beast that is waiting for you to come out today so that they can devour you, the same hand that shut the mouth of the lions against Daniel will shut their mouth in Jesus name.
The same way the rod of Moses swallowed the rod of the magicians, may the power of the enemy be swallowed up by the power of the Almighty God, in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
